Q: When will I receive my ID cards?
A: ID cards are typically sent 7-10 days after your application is entered into the computer system.
Q: What can I do if I need to see a doctor and I have not received my cards yet?
A: You can use a copy of your enrollment application as a temporary ID card.
Q: I need to change my PCP. How can I do this?
A: You should call the customer service number on the back of your ID card. They will make the change for you.
Q: Can an employee who declined coverage when they became eligible be added to our policy?
A: They can be added if there is a qualifying event or if it is your open enrollment. A qualifying event can be any number of life events, i.e. birth of a child, marriage, or involuntary loss of coverage. An enrollment form and a copy of their loss of coverage letter if available should be submitted.
Q: How far back can we add or terminate coverage?
A: Typically you can make changed 30 days retroactively.
