Corporate Benefit Plans is proud to introduce Samantha Longvall. Samantha is our Corporate Wellness Coordinator. She is instrumental in working with employers setting up and maintaining a Worksite Wellness program. Her expertise has been developed through her experience with UMass Memorial Health Care and Women's Health of Central MA.

Samantha's responsibilities are to develop and coordinate health education programs to include workshops, stop-by-booths, self-guided programs, screenings, and health fairs. She provides periodic one-on-one client counseling and health education. Appropriate screenings, coaching, fitness, weight loss programs, and services are part of her client directives.
